Refund and Return Policy

Important Notice

All products sold by Virtual Vision Studios are created on-demand through our manufacturing partner Printful. Because each item is custom‑printed and made specially for you, we do not stock inventory and cannot resell returned items, thus we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, color or style, or a change of mind. This policy is aligned with Printful’s own return guidelines for print‑on‑demand products.

What We Will Cover

If there is a manufacturing error, misprint, or a product arrives damaged, we will work with Printful to provide a replacement or refund:

  • Manufacturing errors or damaged items: If your item arrives defective or the print quality is not up to standard, contact us within 30 days of receiving the product. We will submit a problem report to Printful and they will either reprint and reship the product at no cost.t.

  • Lost packages: If a package does not arrive, claims must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. Once Printful confirms the package is lost, they will send a replacement at their expense.

  • Wrong items or misprints: If the wrong product, design, or color is sent due to a fulfillment error, Printful will cover a free replacement. We require photographic evidence and a claim submitted within 30 days.

  • Orders shipped to Brazil: Customers in Brazil have a legal right to cancel their order within seven calendar days after delivery. Please contact us within this period for assistance.

What We Do Not Cover

  • Buyer’s remorse: We do not refund orders or accept returns when customers simply change their mind.

  • Wrong size or color: Each item is made to order. Ordering the wrong size or color does not qualify for a return. If you decide to allow an exchange, a new item must be produced and shipped at your expense.

  • Wrong address or unclaimed packages: If a shipment is returned due to an insufficient or incorrect address, or it goes unclaimed, customers are responsible for the cost of reshipment. Unclaimed returns will be donated to charity after 30 days.

  • Returns sent without prior authorization: Do not send products back to our warehouse or Printful facility without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may be refused or donated.

How To Submit A Claim

To report a defective, damaged, or misprinted item:

  • Document the issue: Take clear photos of the product and note any order numbers and shipping details.

  • Contact us promptly: Email us at support@virtualvisionstudios.com within 30 days of receiving the item. For lost packages, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

  • Submit claim: We will file a problem report with Printful, and we will either send a replacement or issue a refund to you.
